Created coincidentally (or accidentally) from a big bang, 

Revenge of the 80s  (R.O.T. 80’s) was spawned from each of their parent’s drinking a deadly combination of toxic stream water while eating bologna sandwiches.

The band itself came about from a failed university lab experiment where  N 20 gas (laughing gas) was released inadvertently, causing the 6 members to bust out a hilarious rendition of Rick Astley’s Never Gonna Give You Up. The group immediately realized they formed a bond. BUT, not just any bond, but one as strong as a covalent bond. Their love of synth pop joined them in unison as they quickly discovered the chemistry they shared. Reminiscing about the times they were stuffed into lockers or hilariously toilet papered then duct taped to the locker room wall.

 

The group knew they had a purpose. To get out there and share their love of synth pop with the world and express to them how Nerd Power is contagious! Revenge of the 80’s brings power synth pop to everyone and leaves audiences smiling while singing all night long!
